I started at RRR today, helping out with a live-to-air performance featuring Lucy Dacus, DRMNG NOW, Camp Cope, and Way Shit. It was great to be in a radio station again. Their setup was amazing. They have a stage in a hall that would hold a few hundred people. There was a live audience to watch the performances. There were separate feeds for the live performance and the radio broadcast. The radio feed goes through a Midas Pro 2 desk, which was today operated by Archie. My favourite performance was Lucy Dacus doing an a cappella version of “La Vie en Rose” during sound check.
